In 2025, Dress Green partnered with Nestlé to upcycle their retired staff uniforms into purposeful corporate merchandise. By intercepting these garments before disposal, our team carefully repurposed the high-quality fabric panels, preserving the material’s durability while ensuring zero textile waste ended up in local landfills.
Transforming the uniform fabric into practical daily items, Dress Green crafted custom keychains featuring Nestlé’s branding and safety slogans such as “Safety Starts With Me.” These compact, functional accessories serve as a constant reminder of workplace wellness, successfully turning former workwear into impactful corporate gifts for employees and partners.

Textile Recycling & Material Transformation
To address the remaining uniform inventory beyond upcycling, Dress Green implemented a comprehensive textile-to-textile recycling process, shredding and blending the unspared fabric. This mechanical recycling transformed the garments into eco-mats and secondary raw materials, closing the loop on Nestlé’s textile lifecycle and giving every thread a second purpose.
