Visit a local sheltered workshop, where students will gain an in-depth understanding of its operations, goals, and contributions to society. Through hands-on experiences and interactions, students will learn the importance of care and respect, while deepening their understanding and support for marginalized communities.

Explore The Mills: A Journey into Textile Industry
The Mills is a symbol of Hong Kong’s golden era in the textile industry. Led by professional guides, students will explore the factory, learn about the history and culture of the textile industry, observe the transformation of The Mills, and discover how it has been repurposed into a heritage site to continue preserving culture. This tour aims to inspire students to reflect on the evolution of the textile and fashion industries.

Hello Founders
While students interact with Dress Green’s founders, they discover the elements that contribute to success of the social enterprise, and find out their career interest as well as their skills and strengths. The topics include a briefing of sustainable fashion industry and a sharing on starting social entrepreneurship, which can enrich students’ understanding of workplace.

Social Enterprise in Practice
In order to support the sustainable development education, Dress Green offers this workshop. Students can personally explore social enterprises, engage in discussions with Dress Green staff about social issues, and discover their own values in the process. By analyzing Dress Green’s corporate culture, students will gain insights into workplace and business operations, clarify their career aspirations, and develop their unique strengths and skills. This experience will help them create a clearer roadmap for their future careers.
