DIY Pen Holders
Got empty tin cans lying around? Don’t toss them in the trash—let’s turn them into awesome pen holders instead! In this workshop, students can cut up old uniforms or clothes, transform trash into treasure while learning cool eco-friendly tips along the way.
Learning Objectives
- Master the art of using scissors to cut fabric like a pro
- Get sticky with it—learn how to glue materials together
- Discover the magic of turning flat shapes into 3D wonders
- Unlock the secrets of mixing and matching colors and textures

Eco-friendly Fashion Designer
Become an Eco-Fashion Designer! Use recycled materials like bottle caps, scrap paper, and more to design outfits for cardboard dolls. Through a fun fashion matching game, discover the concept of sustainable fashion and learn how to create stylish looks while caring for the planet!

- Touch different textures, identify various colors, and uncover the secrets of creative combinations
- Get sticky with it—learn how to glue materials together
- Explore the art of geometric collage, turning shapes into stunning designs
- Cultivate students’ team spirit and encourage them to collaborate with peers

Sew a UNI Bear Portrait
Stitch by stitch, left and right hands working together! Students will use simple mini sewing machines and recycled fabric to sew a cute little bear portrait.
Learning Objectives
- Learn to use both left and right hands, coordinating their movements
- Explore how sewing machines work
- Understand the relationship between fabric and needle threading
- Understand the concept of front and back sides, and learn to sew curved lines and circles

10-20 students/ group

UNI Bear Workshop
Preserve school memories and create a unique UNI Bear! By analyzing and interpreting doll clothing design sketches, students will cut their old uniforms into the right size, which will then be sewn into new outfits for the bears by an experienced tailoring team. Each uniform carries the students’ memories, and this one-of-a-kind keepsake will forever accompany them on their journey of growth.
Learning Objectives
- Understand design sketches, learn fabric-cutting techniques
- Practice using needles and thread, mastering sewing and knotting skills
- Improve finger dexterity and refine fine motor skills
- Cultivate responsible consumption habits and reduce clothing waste
